Free Shipping — Always
We believe shipping should be simple. Every order placed at The Chalgroves ships completely free, with no minimum order required. No codes, no thresholds, no fine print — free shipping on every order, every time.
🎉 Free shipping applies to all domestic US orders and international orders. See the International Shipping section for details specific to orders outside the US.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
📌 During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
PO Boxes, APO & FPO Addresses
We proudly ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses across the United States. These orders are shipped via USPS and may take slightly longer than standard residential delivery — typically 7–14 business days after shipment.
Please ensure your APO/FPO address is formatted correctly at checkout to avoid delays:
• Unit and box number (if applicable)
• APO/FPO/DPO designation
• State code: AA, AE, or AP
• ZIP code
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via standard international carriers and estimated delivery times vary by destination:

Important notes for international orders:
• Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing
• Customs processing may add additional time to delivery estimates
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in your country
• Some products may be subject to import restrictions — please verify with your local customs office before ordering
• We are required by law to declare the full value of your order on customs forms
⚠️ If your package is refused at customs or returned to us due to an import restriction, unpaid duties, or an incorrect address, we will refund the product cost only — original shipping charges and any return shipping fees will not be refunded.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving this email.
You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or via your order confirmation email. If you have trouble locating your tracking information, please contact us and we will assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund. Please note:
• We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing — please check with neighbors and your local post office first
• For lost international packages, investigations may take 4–6 weeks due to carrier processes
• Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout may be reshipped at the customer's expense
